I had an Alto which I lost a few weeks ago so thought I’ll upgrade and get a versa. Never had any issues before. If the issue isn’t resolved shortly I may return it as faulty & get a Garmin or Apple Watch.

Best AnswerAll, I would really like an update on the fix on this. I have an IPhone 8 on ios 12.0.1, and the Charge 3 is having real email notifications issue to the point of unusability.
How will we know when it is fixed, I understand the team is working on it. Thanks for the update
It takes too long for Fitbit to get everything (receive text notifications on ios 12) in good order. I'm disappointed. I'm awfully sorry, but the Versa promises are not what I expected. My Versa is going back to my retailer!
Fortunately I was able to return the Versa to the store. The cost of Apple Watch was not that much more with Black Friday discount. Very fortunate
I too cannot receive notifications of any kind on my Fitbit Alta since iso12 update.
Ive uninstalled it etc etc and checked settings until I’ve nearly lost my cool.
I need this as im not allowed my phone visible at work 😡
I purchased new Fitbit alta HR. I’m not receiving any notifications of call n text messages. I use iPhone ios 12 is upgrading in my phone.
Can u let us know when will be the fix for this issue will be released.
Hi try this. Mines wasnt working either and now it is working.
Go to Settings--> General-->Reset--->Reset Network Settings
Resetting the network settings also resets the Bluetooth settings.
Then try repairing your Fitbit by going to the app. selecting your device and then navigate to notifications it should prompt you to set up and pair bluetooth device.
Something got corrupted when we updated to iOS12. I hope this works. it worked for me.
