Update 12/5/2018: I'm sorry to hear some users are still not receiving notifications on iOS 12. We continue to monitor this issue and are working on a resolution. If you haven't already, please try toggling bluetooth on/off and ensure your Apple device is up to date.

Yes still issues - messages work fine for a few days and than they stop (phone calls not effected) when i realize it’s not working I turn off all notifications inside of Fitbit App, turn them back on, than restart iPhone - messages than work for about 3 days and it starts again.

Is the update you’re referencing iOS12 or 12.1? iOS 12 was released in mid September and 12.1 was released in late October - I’m guessing the issues first started with iOS 12 since that’s when I see the problems first reported.
Thanks for the updates!

Out of no where I started getting alerts for text messages. I don’t hold out hope but they just suddenly started coming in.

I repeat, I have no idea why, but randomly mine started working and ever since. Only thing that happen was the fitbit went dead dead on me one day when I was at work and did not have a charger. But, I had rebooted it, not sure why the heck it is working, but almost a week now.
I keep waiting for it to stop.

Ok - just so I’m clear on what happened with yours so I can update Fitbit. Mine over the weekend just started working - no reboot of iPhone or ionic. Last night it just stopped again. So yours started randomly working or you rebooted the phone or Fitbit device?
Thanks for sharing with me
