Rebooted my Versa, it was brand-new so it has only had the iOS12.1.1 when I
downloaded the initial software. That fixed the notification issue, I have
had no trouble since.

Mine still doest work. Yesterday I tried to go through all the steps to re-boot it, just to check, but still no luck.

Still nothing. I tried just yesterday to re-boot and go through all the steps that I'd done previously. Still didn't work.  I think whats the most frustrating is that I pre-purchased my charge 3 directly through the company, got it in October, started getting buggy in November and was completely shot by December. Which officially put me past the "return" date because I was confident that the issues would be resolved. So my Charge 3, (which I pitched as my Christmas present to my husband, we each only pick 1 thing), is now just a watch and an alarm. Nothing else. I could have just kept my old $60 Flex and gotten something good for Christmas 😞

Marco,

The good news is that I get notifications . the bad news is I get random 6
to 20 email notifications from the past 3 or 4 times a day in a burst of
vibrations.

It is better, but not like other smart watches I have used.

Seems like three months is long enough for the iOS 12 notification problem to be fixed by Fitbit.  This is very frustrating.  Are all Fitbits affected by this issue?  Any estimate on when it might be resolved?

Would it be possible to post the recommended steps to attempt to fix the issue again?  This thread is over 14 pages long now.

I have the Fitbit Ionic--just updated it this week

I have an iPhone 8 12.1.2 updated today

I receive calendar notifications and phone call notifications, but no text notifications which is the only one of the three that really means much to me.

This has been going on too long as so many others have stated.

Update:  Yesterday my iPhone had an update to iOS 12.1.2.  I also reset my Fitbit.  I am finally receiving text and phone notifications on my Fitbit Alta HR!!  Hope this fix continues to work.

Ironically text works on my Blaze 2 but not the phone call notifications anymore. I rather have my text alerts working....  😕

My flex2 is not working since iOS12 (12.1.1 now). No sms warnings, no phone call warnings.

I wish you all a merry christmas! One wish though: A summary of all restarting ideas so I do not have to look through all 14(!?) pages.

I may have celebrated too early that my notifications were working.  They are indeed working, but now there is no sound on my phone when I receive a notification.  Believe me, the settings are correct.  Geez, Fitbit.

What is the status of this?  Notifications still not working.  Huge disappointment.

No notifications for me, either. And no steps because it didn’t notify me that my battery was depleted. ☹️

Suddenly (iOS 12.1.2) working. After several weeks of problems.

Probably kind of X-mas gift.

I wish all of you a merry christmas!
