I’m curious if anyone else has had any luck with rebooting their phone to resolve this? I’m rebooting my iPhone every morning in order to get notifications on my Charge 2 and Blaze.
Here are are the results from last night’s test (calendar events set to notify me at 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 2:45, and 3:00 am): the only notification that was on my Blaze when I woke up at 5:30 was the one from 2:00.
And I figured out what’s going on with calendar notifications on the iOS side of things - once the calendar event has ended, the notification disappears (on the iPhone). I think this is a relatively new behavior, but I’m not 100% certain. Either way, I no longer think it’s related.

I'm still not receiving text notifications on my FitBit Alta HR. I updated the Fitbit app, restarted my phone, toggled on-and-off bluetooth, etc. I am now convinced that Apple did this on purpose to make people buy their overpriced iWatch. Anyone have any luck resolving this??

The last notifications I have are from June. I am now getting a prompt to get my 250 steps in but am not receiving i phone calls or any other info. How do I fix this?

Not sure about the Versa. Is that having the same issue? So frustrating!

Totally agree Apple can make it impossible to sync a non Apple product to their phone. Ugh!!

Same here. Was wondering if you’ve seen issues with the Notification function. Mine won’t update past Jun 11th.
I’ve gone through all recommended correction suggestions.

I was going to say “it looks like 2:00 AM is the magic cut-off for notifications (for me, after rebooting my phone after I get up in the morning)” - I ran another test Thursday night, with calendar events set to notify me at 1:55 AM, 2:00 AM, and 2:05 AM. Only the 1:55 and 2:00 AM notifications showed up on my Blaze...
Last night, I put my Blaze in its charger overnight. This morning, I was still getting notifications on it, no rebooting of my phone required. I don’t know WTH is going on now. lol
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@SunsetRunner, pleae note that in-app Notifications were removed in June 2018 as it was heavily requested by members of the Community and Fitbit users. You will now receive push-Notifications based on step-goals.
Thanks again for your patience and understanding, I hope you have a great day.

Thank you, Marco. I was not aware the Notifications were removed in June 2018 update.
When updates come over, they are usually described as “bug fixes and performance improvements”. Is there a complete and unabridged user manual available for download so users can become thoroughly familiar with the app and updates as they are rolled out?

Am I to assume on my new charge 3 that it will never connect with my email or messages?

Over one year has passed since the issue with Charge 2 and iPhone X and notifications not working...this is terrible customer service! Our friends that have the older iPhones have their Charge 2 working perfectly and because we bought a newer phone you were not prepared for it.
Does anyone have straight talk on this? I've not found one iPhone customer X that has had resolution on this issues that has been going on for a year. It's not an iOS 12 issue but an iPhone X issue in my opinion. Please reply...I chatted with FITBIT today at length and they could not help and finally gave up and stated they'd work on the problem? This should not take over a year to fix!
