What type of iPhone do you have?
It may take some time on your end, but I have the iPhone X and its working
fine but took me some time following everyone's advice.
Patience is a Virtue my friend.

Get a refund now while you still can. It’s been going on months. Make sure you do it within the first month.

My Blaze worked with What’s App for about a year until iOS was updated. It should as there is an option in Fitbit to select it

After attempt after attempt to fix the "no notifications" problem, the miraculous recovery only lasted a couple of days in December, then back to no notifications. I've tried every fix listed in this entire forum to no avail. The notifications aspect was something I relied on and it worked just fine on Android. Alas, I switched to an iPhone and then Fitbit lost its ability to reliably receive notifications with the iOS 12 update. In that Fitbit is a relatively large company with many customers, it is upsetting that they cannot keep up with technology and provide the features they advertise in the products they sell. After months of frustration, I have devised a fix (as soon as I can justify spending the money). Solution: Apple Watch.

Hello @Franqr, @Bdette, @vsseym, @Wsbest and @Barrysu, I hope you're doing well.
I appreciate you have come back and keep us updated about this situation. At this moment, if you're still unable to get text Notifications, I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Messages and make sure the following is enabled:
If you're not receiving Notifications from a specific app, please go to Settings > Notifications > "the app" and make sure "Sounds" is enabled.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

I updated my IOS and is experiencing the same problem on my Fitbit Versa. I can receive calls and reminders but no text messages. It's irritating when I contact Fitbit and specifically asked if Fitbit was affected by the IOS update, I get no response to it. Fitbit please hurry up and fix this.

Marco,
I don't know if you are the correct person to ask. Email notifications come to my Charge 3, now, and, unless I go to my phone or my laptop and mark them 'read' they keep coming back to the charge 3 after I clear them on the Charge 3. Is this the way it is supposed to work? I understood that clearing them on the Charge 3 should be enough, and they would not come back to the watch.
Ios version 12.1.4 (16D57)
Fitbit App version 20001.49.45
Charge 3 software version 28.20001.49.45

Hello @Wsbest, @psears2, @fxdl2k2, @DaveFit1234 and @sunshine675, I hope you're having a great day, I'm happy to see you again.
@Wsbest, @psears2, @fxdl2k2, I'm very glad to know your issue has now been resolved, thanks for taking the time to let us know.
@sunshine675, I appreciate you have let us know you've tried to troubleshoot this issue on your side. At this moment, it seems that if you have turned off "Alert Tone" in your phone Settings > Notifications > Messages, your text messages won't come through to your Fitbit device. Make sure you have set Alert Tone as any other than "None". Then, restart your phone and let us know if this helps.
@DaveFit1234, indeed, when you tap clear on Notifications, they should disappear from your device. However, if this is not happening, please restart your Charge 3 and let us know if this changes.
Thanks for your patience, have a great day.
