I just got the charge 2 and previously used the blaze. I disconnected the blaze from the Fitbit app and my Bluetooth settings. I connected the charge 2 to Fitbit app and Bluetooth settings. I restarted my phone. Still unable to get notifications. They are turned on. I tried turning them off then back on. Same with Bluetooth but still doesn’t work. I got it to work the first day by restarting my phone, but it did not work again the second day. Any suggestions?

Hi @Gnav. Is the Charge 2 listed in your BT settings, and does it show "Connected"? Have you turned off notifications on the CH2 itself? (click through the device screens until you get to Notifications and hold the button down for a few seconds to toggle back and forth between on and off).
Walk through this help article again and see if you've got anything off or on that should be reversed.
