Like so many, since doing the recent iOS update I’ve lost all notifications. 
I have done all

the things listed, turned off, disconnected, reinstalled etc etc. All to no avail. 
I’ve got an iPhone 7, charge 2, both got most recent updates (13.something iOS)

Please can someone help!
