no texts/calls on Ionic since the update

Where do I find the Notifications setting to make sure texts/calls is turned on?  I haven't received any on my fitbit since I did the OS update.

The issue with notifications and iOS 13 is still being investigated by fitbit. Keep an eye on the main thread for the issue where fitbit are posting updates and recommendations, including instructions for the settings:
