No rocket launch or fireworks.

Hi!!

Just bought my fitbit charge 2, and I have been fiddeling with settings. Now my rocket won't launch, nor will the display show fireworks. It only vibrates.... How do I set it to rockets launching again?

I'm sorry you're having problems with the goal celebration not working fine on your Charge 2. I'd like to help you out with this!

First, I'd recommend checking that you haven't changed your main goal or the desired goal to reach for your main goal. For this, on your app, tap on the Charge 2 icon at the top left corner of the dashboard. Then, scroll down to "Main Goal" and make sure you have selected your preferred goal (I assume you'd like this to be steps but you can choose it for distance, calories burned, active minutes or floors climbed).

Then, go to the Account section by tapping at the top right corner of the dashboard. Scroll down to Goals and here, choose Activity. There, type in the amount of steps, distance, calories burned, etc. that you'd like to reach for each day.

Then, just to make sure, restart your Charge 2. You can do this by putting your tracker to charge. While it's charging, press and hold the button on your tracker for about four seconds. This will make the tracker to show the Fitbit logo and vibrate which means that your tracker has restarted. and once you've done this, sync your tracker and see if there is any change.
