No sleep data syncing!

My app and versa are syncing and updating all of my data except for my sleep data!  It hasn't updated anything from Friday night!?! How do I fix this???

Let me help you with your sleep not being recorded by your Versa. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

hi there and thanks for your reply!
I don't believe it's an issue with my sleep or the tracker not picking it
up! It has recorded my sleep to an acceptable standard since I purchased
the fitbit (which has probably been a year now if not more). It simply
doesnt seem to want to sync the data since Friday?

Mine is doing the same but if I close the app fully and restart it the sleep data appears. I have to do this every single day though. Now 3 of my exercise choices have randomly changed on the device which doesn’t correspond with what is on the app. I can’t seem to fix it despite syncing.
