Syncing problems since update last week

My sleep data hasn’t been syncing from my FitBit Blaze since updating the app to 2.95 on my iPhone 8 last week. Then starting on Saturday my active hours are only syncing some of the time. I have tried the usual fixes of closing the app, restarting my Blaze and shutting down my phone and restarting it multiple times to no avail. Anyone else having problems like this? Anyone have suggestions for fixing it?

Let me help you with your sleep logs and reminders to move missing from your account and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

 

Regarding the reminders to move please remove them from your account, restart your phone and your Blaze again and set them up again.

Thanks for your response. I am aware of how the sleep tracking works, already wear my Fitbit on my non-dominant hand, have restarted my device, the software, and my phone multiple times trying to fix the problem. Also, based on previous sleep data recorded by my Blaze I am not a particularly light sleeper. As I had mentioned, this has only been a problem since updating the software last week.

 

I reached out to support via Live Chat earlier today due to additional problems now showing up and they have started a case file for my problems/issues and given me some things to try to hopefully solve or at least pinpoint the primary problem. However they didn't offer the suggestion about removing the active hour goals and re-adding them though so I will try that.
