No sleep on Saturday

For three weeks in a row my app has shown no sleep data on Saturdays, even though I’ve worn it and slept the same as the other days. Anyone else having this issue?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand your concern and recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Try sleeping with your device on your non-dominant hand if you haven't been doing it already.
  3. Confirm that the device is snug on your wrist.
  4. Be sure to keep your app up-to-date. In order to update your app you can follow the steps provided here.
