No sleep score despite all sleep data displayed correctly in the app

I'm wearing a Sense and syncing to iOS app on iPad mini 4.  All of my sleep data is there but shows no sleep SCORE yesterday. Why would this be?

I'm not sure if you are still experiencing difficulties with the app. Please confirm that you are using the latest version of the app. See this help article: How do I use the Fitbit app?

In addition, try to follow these steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
