I have IOS app for my Flex . I have seen articles about the Android app lately, but it seems as it’s the same problem with IOS now. I have rebooted the app and tracker. I updated the app today. Hopefully the problem will get fixed

Hi there @Rshreck. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
Thanks lot for bringing this up and for what you've tried to get it working! As you mention, this was a known problem with Android users and it's strange that it's now happening on iOS devices. If you could, please, provide me with a screenshot of how it looks like for you and I'll try to see if there are any other reports to see if this is also an emerging issue for iOS users.
In the meantime, I'm not sure if you've tried to log out and log back in to the app. If not, please try that out and let me know if that makes any difference.
Also if anybody else that uses an iOS device notices this, please, feel free to let us know on this thread and also if you could share any screenshots, that would be awesome!
Anything else, I'm always around and I'll keep an eye on this.
PS. I'm moving this thread to the iOS App board for categorization purposes.
