I've just changed from an android to an iPhone. I downloaded the app it all seemed to work fine, synced fine and my steps appeared in my dashboard. Next day they're gone. Just vanished and won't come back next time I sync. I discovered this because it doesn't log them in any challenge either. I don't know what to do. If the app doesn't work I essentially wasted my money on the Fitbit!

Hello @Amo_Angelus,

How long have you had your iPhone?  The reason I ask is because your profile shows that you haven't had any steps since 02/10.

I don't remember what day I got it but first week of Feb, 6th I think. I had trouble with my android so I last synced with it a couple of days before I changed.

Yesterday I had over 7k steps on my Fitbit. I left it at home in the morning but 7k is still a fair amount for me. I synced last night and today... Still no steps. I sync virtually every day. I get nothing. Yes there have been a day or two where there wouldn't be since it died or I left it at home but I move every day. It should have steps almost every day.

Hi @Amo_Angelus,

It sounds like you may be having trouble with syncing your tracker. If this is the case, I'd recommend:

1. Forget any Bluetooth bond between your tracker and your Android device in your Android settings.

2. Restart your tracker.

3. Reboot your iPhone.

4. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

5. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

Hope this helps!
