No text notifications on Versa 2 after switching to iPhone

when i first got my fitbit versa 2, i had no problems with it working with my samsung galaxy S8....then I switched to the iphone 11 and now I don't receive any text messages to my versa2. I did everything that was suggested from a factory restart and hooking it up to my iphone 11, I have made sure my notifications is on etc.

Anybody figure out how to get their messages???

I am sorry to hear you're not receiving any text messages on your Versa 2 after switching your phone to iPhone 11. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I recommend confirming the following:

 

1. Your device's firmware is updated to the latest version: How do I update my Fitbit device?

2. Make sure Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode are turned off on your Fitbit device. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

3. Toggle the iMessage setting: general > Messages > iMessage and verify the `Show Previews` to be on `Always`.

Hi there
I did everything you suggested and it’s still not working! I have updated both my iPhone and my Fitbit and all the notifications are on....
Any other suggestions!?
