Charge 2 won't sync with the dashboard on my MacBook Pro at all - tried everything suggested elsewhere. Any ideas?

@RobMarshall, do you have Fitbit connect installed on the MAC? This is tye program needed to sync the Fitbit. Your dashboard simply displays what has allready synced.
Le5s open the Fitbit Connect - Menu - Sync Now. What happens, also take at look at this help doc.
I am assuming your tracker has never synced through a phone or ipad.

I don't have a solution, but thought I'd let you know that I am having the same issue on my iPhone app. The app is showing that it's looking for my Fitbit Flex 2, but it never stops looking. It's also not recording steps since the last time the app found it. That was about 3 hours ago. It's syncing, but not recording.
