I used to use my Versa 2 all well, when I removed it from my phone and reseted it to give it to another person, now the process to add a new device doesn’t find the watch. I’ve tried adding it back to my phone and that didn’t work as well.

Hi @Jessysantiago - did you make sure to remove the watch Bluetooth entries from any phone it may have been attached to first before trying to set it up. Or simply turn off Bluetooth on all other devices except the one you are installing with and reboot both watch and phone before setup.

Hi, I have removed it entirely. I also tried to add it back to the other phone and it doesn’t find the watch either
