I am trying to add a new friend and I am not being succesful. I accepted a friend and all was going well but now trying to add a new friend It does not reconize the contact. They do have Fitbits. Also, on the friends that are now listed it previously registered our steps now it no longer registers the number only the time like 5 days, four days or minutes withh icons. I may have screwed up the settings when trying to setup the new. Can you help me to correct all these errors, pleade?

Hello there, @jrchoffer3! Welcome to the family! hmmm..please verify that the contacts you have saved on your phone have the same email address that they used for the Fitbit account. How are you trying to add this friends? please provide me more details on what part of the process you get stuck? Also the steps that are not showing is this on your dashboard or on your friend's ranking?
