Not able to sync after update

I’m not able to sync my phone with my watch since 9/1 I’ve tried everything and I cannot find the restart on my phone like I used to have it. I restarted the watch, but that didn’t help at all.

Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems?
