Not being able to open up buttons in app

I have an Alta HR and use the app with my iPhone. Last night I downloaded the most current version of the app. Everything seemed to go well. This morning I stepped on my scale and inputted my weight. A couple hours later I went to log my water intake and found that when I pressed the button for doing that it wouldn’t respond. I then tried to open the button for logging weight and nothing would happen then either. The buttons at the bottom of the app: discover, community etc work, but the buttons for exercise, sleep, heart rate etc don’t do anything. I closed out the app and restarted it and I have also restarted my phone. Has anyone else experienced this and have a solution? Thank you!

I ended up signing out of the app and then signing back in. Actually had to do it a couple times, but now it’s working like normal. Hope this works for you too

I've moved your ios question into the ios board. 

You should have a better chance of getting a response.

hi...this was never answered on the board.  For record, I had to remove device and then add "new" device back on... that was the solution in July.  However...today, I have the same problem and that fix does not work....

Remaining the Fitbit tracker will not fix in working buttons in the app. 

In general removing a tracker will only add more problems.
