My home screen is only showing my resting heart rate. No longer counting my current heart rate, but graph is accumulating data.

Hi @Ltlst3 welcome to the Community Forums, it's a pleasure to assist you with your concern.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To see live heart rate data, please make sure of the following:

  1. Please check if your phone appears on our list of compatible devices.
  2. To see the live data of your heart rate, please visit fitbit.com and log in with your password and email.
  3. At the top right you will find a gear icon (settings) > Click on it and select your Fitbit.
  4. Make sure the Live Data option is turned on.
  5. Then sync your tracker with your phone to save the changes. On the Fitbit app, go to Account > Fitbit device.
  6. Make sure the 24h Sync and Permanent Connect options are turned on.
  7. Synchronize again.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around if you need anything else.

I tried to turn on the all-day synch( I assume that is the same as 24 hour
synch). My Ipad says it’s Bluetooth is connected to my fitbit, but when I
try to turn on the all day synch, it says it needs to connect to the ipad
bluetooth and then i get the circle of doom and then it tells me the
connection failed and the all day synch was therefore turned off. ? If this
is indeed the problem with my heart not beating on my home screen, I wonder
why it suddenly stopped working. I recently paired up a cubii. Maybe I’ll
try disconnecting that?

Nope. Still unable to turn on all day sync because my bluetooth keeps disconnecting. I have done some research, and have found SO many reviews complaining about this same issue. I believe this is an ongoing problem with the Charge 3 that needs to be addressed by the company.
