Not getting Facebook messages on Versa 2

Just bought a versa 2 and not able to get any Facebook messages come through. Have tried troubleshooting and still no success. 
Has anyone had the same issue and any tips they’d like to share?

I am sorry to hear you're not receiving any Facebook messages on your new Versa 2. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. It’s important that you carefully review your notifications settings on your iPhone. Please confirm if you've followed all instructions in Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones. 

 

It's recommended to have "Show Previews" set to Always or When Unlocked. If it's not working with "When Unlocked" setting please try to change to "Always".
