after syncing i keep getting the message that some apps cannot be installed or updated

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you keep getting the message that some apps cannot be installed or updated after syncing. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I recommend confirming if your Fitbit app and Fitbit device are up to date. For instructions on how to update the app and Fitbit device, see How do I update the Fitbit app? and How do I update my Fitbit device?

 

I also recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
