For the last few days, my app is not giving me "confetti" when I reach my goals. The circle surrounding the goals turns from blue to green but that's it -- no more celebration. At first it was just for the step goal but now it's for all of them.

@catalina999 Which version of the app do you use? Android, iOS, or Windows? You will get more help if you are more specific. A bug in one version of the app doesn't mean that same bug is in another.

@catalina999 I am moving your thread to the iOS forum. What you are describing is an app issue, not a device issue.
I am an iPhone user and have not seen this issue. I am having a very lazy day today and am not sure I will reach any of my goals to check it out today.
In the meantime, when an app acts wonky, the first thing I do is delete the app and re-install it.

@catalina999 I checked my app throughout the day when I knew I achieved one of my goals. As I achieved each goal, I got my confetti celebration.
So I am not sure why you are not getting yours.
Did you try deleting then re-installing the app? Another thing to try is to delete the app, restart your phone, then re-install the app. I am not an app magician, but these are the things I try.
Please keep us updated. Another user or a moderator might have an idea.

Hello @catalina999, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @LZeeW, thanks for all your help.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for bringing this to our attention. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to force-quit the Fitbit app then open it again. Also, if you have All-day Sync enabled, please disable it, as it's possible your device is syncing on the background, which prompts the goals to be filled before you get to open the app.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

@MarcoGFitbitand @LZeeW, thank you both very much for the suggestions. So far I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and I have disabled the All-day sync. I'll let you know if these work once I start reaching goals today. If that doesn't work I'll try to force-quit.

Hello @MarcoGFitbit and @LZeeW, those solutions seem to have worked -- so far today I am getting confetti again when I reach daily each of my goals. Thanks again for the advice. Glad to have my fitbit party back.

So, it seems that I am still having this problem. Frequently -- but not always -- when I open up the app on my iPhone 8 the goals have already updated to the most recent information and I miss the confetti party. I have "background app" turned off. It seems to be updating anyway. I have notifications turned off. I have location turned off. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times. What can I do?

We really miss that celebration when all of our goals are met... I will stay up and walk in place if I only have to burn a few more calories...

This has been an issue for months and months. You can’t sync Fitbit all day because it’s a whole day of notifications to sync your Fitbit. I want the old green stripes back or something. I work hard at working out I want to see the celebration, too.

A year later, and now having the same issues again! Now I'm on an iphone 11. I've tried deleting the app and restoring it. No luck. No party. Why does this keep happening? Background app refresh is off.

Very disappointed to learn that this is not “fixed.” I️ , too, really miss the green lines flashing with confetti when I️ achieved all my goals. Please fix this, Fitbit!
