I was having no trouble getting maps when I walked until the last week. My location services allow Fitbit to track all the time and I force-synched them. Any other suggestions?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Caitlinns.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend trying the following:
- On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and back on.
- Log out of the Fitbit app, force quit the app and restart your phone.
- Reopen the Fitbit app to refresh the connection with your device.
- Restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
For more information about tracking your activity with GPS, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
By the way, I've moved your post to the iOS App board so we can keep our forums organized.
Hope this helps.

Thank you for your reply, @Caitlinns.
I appreciate your efforts and recommend doing the following to log out of the Fitbit app:
1. From the Today tab, tap your profile picture in the upper left corner.
2. Scroll down to the bottom for the option to log out.
3. Force quit the app by following the instructions in this article: Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch.
4. Log into the Fitbit app using your email address and password.
Hope this gets you back on track.

OK, I have now done everything twice and nothing has worked. I even tried disconnecting the Inspire from my phone and reconnecting it. What now?

I also tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. That didn't work either.
