My Fitbit HR and iPhone are not connecting!  Not getting phone calls or texts!

Hi @calejo. Welcome! It's great to see you around and let's work together to get the notifications working on your Fitbit device.

 

First of all, I'd recommend to verify if the Fitbit app is updated. Then, please give a try to the following steps to setup the notifications one more time:

  1. Remove your Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that aren't in use.
  3. Reboot your phone and restart your Fitbit device.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Fitbit device > Sync now.
  5. Once it syncs, tap on Notifications and proceed to pair your Fitbit device via Bluetooth.
  6. Enable the notifications types you'd like to receive and monitor your Fitbit device.
