Not getting notifications on Versa 2

Text and emails notifications are not coming through. Only phone calls!

Updated my iPhone 11pro to iOS 14 as requested 

reinstalled app

Factory reset device and updated while doing so

turned on and off Bluetooth 

all phone and app setting are active for accepting notifications 

but still not getting them - they are showing if I swipe down on my device but the defeats the purpose if one doesn’t know they have come in. 

customer support has escalated ref number 38055115

 please please get this resolved!

I'm having the same issue, I have tried everything listed in the forum. I recently switched from Android to iPhone it was working fine before the IOS 14 update.

Now my device isn’t recording but managed to let me know I have to take my hourly steps but not that a call was incoming. I restarted the device and nothing

It’s finally working I had to reset my Fitbit 2 times and uninstall the app
3 times and it’s finally working

Customer service has not gotten back to me at all on this, my husband got me a apple watch 6 because of the poor response or lack there of
