I am not receiving text message notifications on my fitbit. It vibrates before but no longer does. Please let me know how to fix this problem.

@Elephissa, welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Fitbit not getting text messages. You don't mention which Fitbit nor which phone you have. Still you can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Its flex 2. I have removed it from bluetooth list and restarted then reconnect and set it up via Fitbit’s app.

still not getting vibrations for text messages.
