Can you please also tell me, did you try the restart as the instructions on this post? What happens when you sync, is there any heart rate data? I know there are so many questions, but I need that information to further investigate.

Hi @Taylordw, how are you today? definitely there is an issue with the tracker itself, so in this case, because you already tried to restart it and the issue persists, I need you to contact Fitbit Support and let them know about this and what you already tried to fix it. I'm pretty sure they will find a solution.
