@Amx A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! You can only have one messages app enabled. You need to go to Settings on your app, then select "Notifications" and select the app "IMessages". Make sure that the Bluetooth is on and the "Classic" Bluetooth is on on your Surge as well.
