I have a Fitbit charge 2 And ever since the new update from Apple two weeks ago my charge 2 does not receive messages , I’ve been on the phone with customer service 3 times and they can’t fix the plm , very disappointing

Best AnswerFitbit is not found under location services. Maybe this is the problem? Everything else is set up right. I”m getting all notifications except for text messages. Any ideas.
