I have had the new iPhone 11 for 2 weeks and apart from day one, I’m not revering any notifications from WhatsApp or Facebook. Calls are coming through fine. 
I know there is an issue raised currently but is there any fix time yet?

I am unaware of the time frame but I do know the Fitbit Team is working hard to address this issue. Hopefully a fix will come soon. In the meantime please use this thread here to address your concerns and questions: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/m-p/38...

This thread is also a great place to get the latest updates, tips and possible workarounds that may help.
