Hi @bobbiejo29. Welcome on board to the Forums.
Thanks for your question about the text notifications. As you may know, our team has received feedback about the issues experienced with the notifications after updating to iOS 13, and they're currently working to bring a resolution as fast as possible. I understand how you're feeling about this feature as I know how important is to receive your notifications correctly. Your comments will be passed along to our team as that helps us to evaluate our procedures and improve the performance of our products. Keep an eye on this thread for future updates from our team.
I'll be around if you have another question.

“Working on the issue” forever now. Fitbit is gonna lose a lot of customers to Apple Watch very soon if you don’t get this figured out. I have loved my Fitbits for several years, but having a major selling point of your product not working, is really not a good look. 😡

It’s completely outrageous. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service. Been two months now without notifications. What a joke of an operation.

I am not getting receiving notifications from my iPhone 8 at all since the new iOS update. I have tried everything and it is not working. Please help me get this back on track because it is getting frustrating at this point.
Things I've tried:
Restarted Phone
Restarted Charge 3
Signed Out of App
Deleted App
Reinstalled App
Please help!

Hi @ash_denise777 and @Hazmat36. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for troubleshooting your Charge 3 and Versa 2 so they can receive your iPhone's notifications. As you may know our team is aware that the notifications aren't working correctly after updating to iOS 13 and they're working hard to bring a fix to all our users. I understand how you're feeling as this feature isn't working correctly, your feedback won't go forgotten and will be passed along to our team. For future updates about this situation, please refer to this thread.
By the way, I've moved your post to this new thread so you can receive more related responses about this situation.
I'll be around if you have another question.

I provided a link to Fitbits most up to date response to the issue. While it doesn't offer much info. It's nice to hear that they are at least looking into it.
Judging by how complex it seems to fix maybe they will look into outsourcing the issue so that an outside firm can step in and resolve relatively quickly

Lots of people are having issues!
The link below will take you to the first pinned thread in the ios section. There are over 3500 comments!
It doesn't appear limited to any specific tracker, however the occurrence rate seems to be lower in newer trackers. At least, that's been my observation.
