I wore my fully charged Fitbit while walking but nothing was on my dashboard later.  ?

My Fitbit flex isn't updating the activity into the app

Thanks for reporting this situation, our engineers are aware of and issue that's preventing exercises from showing on the Fitbit app when you tap on the Exercise tile and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please go to your online Dashboard and check if your exercises are showing there. Additionally, you can try to refresh the information on the exercise tile by forceclosing the app and updating it in case you haven't done it yet.

 

To forceclose it, double-tap on the home button of your phone and swipe the tile up.
