I just purchased the Versa and cannot receive any text notifications. Any ideas?

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which iOS mobile device you're currently using? Are you receiving phone call notifications? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I have the Vesra 2 and Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. I have tried all of the troubleshooting tips. Amy idea if there is going to be an update to fix this before the end of the month? Or would you happen to have any backdoor solutions to help? I get all the other notifications just not text, which is one of my main reasons for upgrading from the Versa. Any help you can give me is appreciated because if this dont get resolved soon I'm sending this Fitbit back and I'm going to be done with Fitbit forever!!!
