My charge 3 is not receiving text notifications. It worked on my old phone but ever since I upgraded to the iPhone 11, I have not been able to receive text notifications. I have tried all of the trouble shooting articles and have reset my Bluetooth connection and Fitbit multiple times. Is there anything I can do?

Thanks for the time taken to troubleshoot your Charge 3 and check our help articles. I know how important is to get this feature working correctly. Our team is aware about this situation experienced by our members who updated to iOS 13 on their iPhones. They're currently investigating and working hard so you can take full advantage of your tracker's features.

 

In the meantime let me suggest to check this thread and try each step described there to monitor your Charge 3's behavior. Keep an eye to that thread for future updates about this matter.
