Versa 2 not syncing

I have an iPhone7 & last month when my phone updated, my Fitbit versa 2 stopped syncing with my phone. I have turned Bluetooth on/off, turned my phone on/off, deleted the app & downloaded it again, I’ve done everything that I have read to do & nothing has worked. My versa is only a year old. Any others with this issue?

Thanks for the information and time taken to troubleshoot your Versa 2. Your iPhone 7 is a compatible device and it should work to sync your watch. Since that's not the case, I'd suggest to give a try to the following steps in the given order:

 

  1. Remove your Versa 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone and restart your watch.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile icon > Versa 2 image.
  6. Tap on Sync Now and wait until it's connected. If prompted, accepted the request to pair it via Bluetooth.
