Hello @SunsetRunner, have a warm welcome to the Community!
Now that you have restarted your Flex 2, on your phone please go to Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and make sure Allow Notifications, Show in Notifications Center and Show on Lock Screen are enabled and that the alert style is set up to Banners or Alerts. If these settings are already enabled, I would like to suggest resetting the Notifications on the Fitbit app.
To reset notifications:
I hope this helps you get back on track, keep me posted in case you need anything else!

Hello @SunsetRunner, I hope you're doing well.
If your tracker is still not receiving Notifications, please try to restart it one more time as well as restarting your phone. Additionally, make sure in the Settings on your phone that Do not Disturb is disabled and that your tracker is near your phone when receiving notifications.
In case this doesn't do the trick, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know the steps you'ver performed so far, I'm sure they will be more than happy to assist you further.
Let me know the outcome!

@MarcoGFitbit ! I contacted the support team, the reason I was not recieving notifications to my flex 2 was because under my Iphone Settings > Notifications > Messages > Alert style when unlocked was set to NONE. Once I changed it to "banners" or "alerts" I began to receive notifications to my Fitbit Flex 2.
Thank you for all your help! I now get to expierience my Fitbit to the fullest! I hope this image comes in handy to anyone who encounters this issue!
