Not syncing and now can't find charge on bluetoith

So was struggling to sync last night, tried again this morning, turned Bluetooth on off on off that any times, reset my charge, still can't find charge on blue tooth therefore can't sync help!! I have 2 challenged going on if I re-add my charge I lose all my current data on my app!

Welcome to the Community @Jelly885! If your Fitbit Charge is still not syncing, I recommend following these instructions to fix the syncing issues with your tracker. Setting up your tracker as a new device may also help to bring it back to sync.
