Not syncing with ipad

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

i love my fitbit and syncs with my iphone but not now with my ipad.  It used to and I've tried all the suggestions and troubleshooting found on this site.  I'm feeling very frustrated.  This morning I woke up to absolutely no charge on tracker, despite fully charging last night, and no syncing on my iphone. After fully charging tracker again, then iphone absolutely fine.  However the ipad is not syncing.

@HecHen  Keep in mind that your tracker can only sync to one device at a time.  While trying to sync to your ipad, is your phone nearby?  Try turning off bluetooth on your iPhone when you want to sync with the iPad, and vice versa.

Maybe that will help~

Yes I know that n turned Bluetooth off phone.
Now my Fitbit isn't working at all. I totally charged last night. Dead this morning so fully charged it n this afternoon it is dead again.
It is only 6 months old and my previous one was less than a year n had to return it. Looks like I have to do the same again. Very annoying.

@HecHen, if the battery on your tracker is not lasting as it should, I would like to suggest checking @AlvaroFitbit's excellent recommendations to improve the life of the battery on your tracker.

If these tips don't seem to work for you, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Please let them know about the steps you've tried so far, I'm sure they will be happy to assist you further.

I hope this can be helpful, feel free to reply in case you need anything else.
