Not syncing

My flex is fully charged but it's not syncing on my iPhone. It responds to taps and lights up. I've tried restart my phone and all that. Looks like the only thing I have not tried is restarting my flex, and that's because I can't find any hole in the charger as it describes. Hope someone can help.

All authentic Fitbit chargers have that little pinhole in them. It really is the only way to restart your charger.

Do you have any friends who might have a charger you could borrow? The procedure really is quick.

Some have said that Best Buy's Geek Squad let them borrow a charger while shopping in the store. Maybe that could be a way for you to get restarted.

Hey hey hey @Teftef welcome to our Community! It's great to have you here! I noticed @Odyssey13 provided you with some suggestions to help you resolve your issue, thank you sweetie. I have attached a picture showing you were is the Flex pinhole located.

                                         

Please let me know if your Flex have the pinhole. If it does, please follow the steps provided at I can't sync my tracker.
