Please let me know if your Flex have the pinhole. If it does, please follow the steps provided at I can't sync my tracker.

All authentic Fitbit chargers have that little pinhole in them. It really is the only way to restart your charger.
Do you have any friends who might have a charger you could borrow? The procedure really is quick.
Some have said that Best Buy's Geek Squad let them borrow a charger while shopping in the store. Maybe that could be a way for you to get restarted.
