Steps won't update

My steps won't update.. I updated my app on my phone and on my computer.. But sync just says looking for 5 hours. Help please

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @marles42! It's great to have you here!

It's a shame to hear that you're tracker is not syncing with your iPhone, let me help you with this, the first troubleshooting step I recommend you trying is the restart then try to sync it, then if the issue persists I suggest you trying the following:

 

  • Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
  • Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
  • If your tracker didn't sync, try syncing with your computer.
  • You can also try setting it up as a new device
