Hi there @tafftam welcome to the Community! Smiley Happy hmmmm this issue sounds pretty weird, but don't worry, let me suggest you something, let's go ahead and restart your Charge HR, then use is as usual and please try to sync either on a computer or using your iPhone and let us know if you can see the same data on the tracker and on the Fitbit Dashboard.

Keep me updated. I'll be around. Woman Wink

Let me give you the instructions steps by step @tafftam. Please try the following:

  1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your Fitbit Charge HR™. Your Charge HR will begin charging.
  2. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V30").
  3. Let go of the button.
  4. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Let me know how it goes! Cat Happy
