hmmmm this issue sounds pretty weird, but don't worry, let me suggest you something, let's go ahead and restart your Charge HR, then use is as usual and please try to sync either on a computer or using your iPhone and let us know if you can see the same data on the tracker and on the Fitbit Dashboard.
