Can you just delete the latest update? I have been having my Fitbit for 2 years and never had any issues. Since the update it is not keeping track of minutes walked. Support told me to leave app open, which I did and still doesn’t work!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @CinDouH.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with your device not keeping track of the minutes walked since the latest update. Thank you for trying to resolve this and working with our Support team. I appreciate the additional details, I understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. While it's not possible to delete the latest update, I recommend trying the following:

  1. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

You can find more information about tracking workouts at How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?

If you're still experiencing difficulties with this, please provide more details of the issue and we'll continue to work towards a resolution.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
