Hello -
Sorry to say, but since the last App update, the notifications are showing up less and less. I had done the reset as you had advised in earlier threads but it's still not working. Is this a known issue? Can you recommend another fix? Please let me know. Thanks!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, which troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Have you restarted your Ionic by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen already? If so, please reply with the following:
- OS version running on your phone.
- App version installed on your phone. (go to Account > Help to get it)
- Ionic version (tap on Account > Ionic to get it)
- List of exact troubleshooting steps you've tried.
