Notification menu option not opening in the Fitbit app

I think I’m only receiving text message notifications nothing else because the notifications tab in the fit bit app isn’t working which is really annoying as I text least of all over what’s app and fb message. 
Does anyone know why the tab isn’t working I click and nothing happens .

Hi there, @Potyylotty15. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Fitbit app and for trying to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out.

Please make sure that your Fitbit app is running version 3.39.2. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store to update if you haven't already

In the meantime I'd suggest you to try syncing your watch to make sure all your data is saved and then proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Now, you can go ahead and try to set up your notifications. For more information, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Yes, I’m having the same problems too. In fact it has not worked for months, I have the installed the app, updated it, updated my Fitbit, but nothing works!!!

Mine is working now . I had to delete the app and reinstall it . 🙂
