Notifications I receive from my Flex 2 on my iPhone disappear as soon as my phone unlocks. They do not appear in the phone's Notification Center. Is there somewhere I can access these messages so I can read them? With Touch ID on the iPhone it's very easy to unlock before having the chance to read these messages from my Fitbit.
The notifications I'm talking about are things like steps to go to reach daily goal, low battery, and clearly some I've never had the chance to read.
Thank you for any help anyone can provide.

Hello @KimberlyAA, I hope you're having a great day, it's great to see you around!
This seems like a very odd situation, have you updated the Fitbit app recently? If so, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:
That way, when you scroll from the top to reach the Notification center, the alerts will appear.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!

I have the same problem. But mine don't even show up with my other notifications. I only see them when I open the app and see a red dot at the bottom of the screen. I have checked your suggestions and they are all set correctly. Any other suggestions?

Hello @Mpolanow, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board!
Notifications that are grouped under the Notifications tab on the bottom right corner of the Fitbit app do not show on the phone at the moment, the only ones that show are battery and challenge related Notifications. However, I think having these notifications showing on the phone might be very helpful to motivate many people, which is why I would like to suggest that you post your insight as a suggested idea, where members of the Community can vote for it and add their comments, this is truly the best way to make your voice heard.
I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted!
