I have am trying to open the notifications menu in the app. It just shows a spinning circle. I've deleted the app and reloaded it. Reset the tracker. Updated the app. Reinstalled the app.. Nothing changes it. Any ideas?

Hello @Budha_belly, thanks for joining us, it's nice to see you around! Smiley Happy

Thank you for reporting this situation. When did this problem started? Was it after the update or did you experience it before? In the meantime, I would like to suggest forceclosing the app by double-tapping the home button and swiping up the app. If that doesn't seem to work, logout from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and if you need anything else, feel free to reply! Smiley Wink

Hi Marco,

I'd say its never fully worked properly.

So far I have done the all of the following:
- reset the tracker

- deleted and reloaded theapp from app store

- gone through all notification rules

- logged out, and back in.

- ensured bluetooth is set up and tried to pair (didn't work but the app does sync with the app)

It just won't open the notifications menu in the app. So frustrating as its one of the reasons I choose the tracker.

I am having the same issue with my Charge 2. It will sync, but I cannot bring up the menu for the notifications. It worked for the 1st month just fine, and all of a sudden I have gone several months with no notifications. I have tried all the recommended things to do- reset phone, close the app, uninstall the app, turn off Bluetooth, rest the Fitbit, uninstall Fitbit, made sure notification are turned on the device and the phone, nothing is working to help bring the notification menu up. I bought it for this purpose, and am so frustrate with it! I feel I have waisted my $$!

I went through a diagnosis on the live chat with a fit bit agent yesterday. It turns out the Bluetooth feature has failed and they are replacing the tracker.as it is still under warranty and only 2 months old
